What does Who Sweeps do?

It turns the chore list of a shared home into a schedule that runs itself. Each chore repeats on its own rhythm and the app keeps track of whose turn it is, so the job gets done without anyone nagging.

How does turn-taking work?

For every chore the app picks the person whose turn it is. When the chore is finished, the next person is up automatically. You can skip, delay or hand over a turn when life gets in the way.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every core feature is free while Who Sweeps is in beta. No credit card, no trial that runs out.

Do my housemates need an account?

Everyone needs their own email so chores can be assigned to the right person. Signing up takes one magic link, no password.

Can I install it as an app?

Yes, without an app store. Open whosweeps.com on your phone and add it to your home screen: on iPhone tap Share in Safari, then "Add to Home Screen"; on Android open the Chrome menu and tap "Install app". It then opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app. Reminders arrive as notifications.

Can I add one-off tasks?

Yes. Anything that is not a repeating chore, from "research a washing machine to buy" to "pay the energy bill" to "apply for benefits". Hand one to a housemate or keep it to yourself, and when it is done, it is gone.

What about private chores?

Anything you mark as private is only visible to you. Your own to-dos and personal jobs inside a shared home stay yours alone.
